"We had a short, transitory stay at Success Hotel, and it was exactly what we needed. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, especially considering the very reasonable price. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were so helpful and went out of their way to seamlessly arrange a taxi for us to Hanoi Airport for our next destination. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and value in Hanoi!"

I thought this hotel would be a lot larger but it’s a small family run place. It’s close to the airport and cost less than 100k vnd for a Grab from the airport and provides a free shuttle when going to the airport. It’s also amazingly quiet for being right on a busy road. The breakfast was just ok. The owners are friendly and helpful and they recommended a basic Pho restaurant two doors down the street which was also good. We plan to stay here again when we are flying in late from Cambodia.

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days and loved it! The staff was so friendly and helpful. They got us appointments to get our eyelashes done and the place was amazing. They helped me call around looking for something at pharmacies and more. The rooms are fantastic with only an area rug under the beds so no icky carpet. When our flight was cancelled and we had to stay another night they were great at accomodating a nights stay and getting us into a room early and eazily. I would highly...

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I appreciate that they had options for lighting including soft, warm light by the bedside not just one super harsh, bright, cool, overhead light that I've seen in so many hotels in Vietnam. Complimentary self-serve laundry in the basement was so convenient. The breakfast was pretty good.
The staff were so attentive and helpful! We were having trouble making our plans to go to Ta Xua so they gave us a contract for that; we needed an item we couldn't...

My wife and I were overwhelmed by many aspects of our stay - the warm and helpful staff, the condition of our junior suite, the food at the restaurant (breakfast buffet and prix fix lunch) and the overall ambiance. The only problem was that ours was a street facing room and after a late night check-in at 7 am we were blasted out of bed by a loudspeaker broadcasting "community announcements". (This is after all, still a nominally communist country!) Hotel staff felt badly and extended our check...

This is the best hotel in Hanoi. Location is excellent. Our room was so quiet we did not hear any of the street noise. Everything was immaculately clean. The staff were so lovely, especially Daria at the front desk - so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was 10/10, so many options at the buffet plus an additional a la cart menu that was all included - eggs made to order, vegetarian bun cha, many Vietnamese options as well as western. Highly recommend!

Step off the street hustle & bustle into quiet serenity. Very friendly staff who make you feel personally welcome to be there. Clean and well maintained & excellent location.
Breakfast on the roof is an unexpected treat for the view of the city. Un-rushed atmosphere in the spa & a relaxing and warm pool to unwind in after a massage.

It was a quick stay. Checking in and out was a breeze. Room was clean and the breakfast was pretty good. No complaints.
The location was a bit off from many of the main attractions. Nice if you are looking for something more secluded.

The best area to stay in Thạch Lỗi is within the vicinity of Nội Bài International Airport (HAN) for its convenience and accessibility.
This area is primarily designed for travelers in transit or those with early morning flights, offering an easy experience. You'll find a concentration of hotels just a short drive from the airport terminals, many providing shuttle services. While not a traditional tourist destination, the focus here is on comfort and efficiency for onward travel.
For solo travelers or business travelers with limited time, staying near the airport is an excellent choice. It minimizes travel time to and from the airport, allowing for maximum rest or productivity.
When is the best time to go to Thạch Lỗi?
For the most comfortable weather, the best time to visit Thạch Lỗi is during the spring (March to April) or autumn (September to November).
During these periods, the weather is generally mild and pleasant, with lower humidity and moderate temperatures, making it ideal for exploring the area and enjoying outdoor activities. This avoids the intense heat and humidity of summer and the cooler, sometimes damp, conditions of winter.
Couples often find these seasons superb for a relaxing trip, as they can comfortably enjoy strolls through local markets or explore cultural sites without the discomfort of extreme weather. The milder climate allows for a more enjoyable and stress-free experience.
Travelers looking for a peaceful getaway will also appreciate these times of year.
